President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. has officially announced the list of national holidays for 2023.

Regular Holidays

  • New Year's Day - January 1
  • Maundy Thursday - April 6
  • Good Friday - April 7
  • Labor Day - May 1
  • Independence Day - June 12
  • National Heroes Day - August 28
  • Bonifacio Day - November 30
  • Christmas Day - December 25
  • Rizal Day - December 30

Special Non-Working Holidays

  • Chinese New Year - January 22
  • Ninoy Aquino Day - August 21 (moved to August 23)
  • All Saints' Day - November 1
  • Christmas Eve - December 24
  • Eidul Fitr - April 21 (tentative)
  • Eidul Adha - June 28 (tentative)

Please note that Eidul Fitr and Eidul Adha dates are subject to the Islamic calendar and may vary.
